Kiwi n cashewnut korma

Ingredients to make Kiwi n cashewnut korma

  • 2 chopped onion
  • 1cup grated fresh coconut
  • 4-5. kiwi's
  • 4-5 green chilies
  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup curd
  • 1/2cup water
  • 2tbsp ginger Garlic chopped
  • haldi apinch
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

How to make Kiwi n cashewnut korma

  1. Firstly we make a paste for gravy:-take mixer jar add onion, 2 chopped kiwi, coconut ,ginger Garlic, green chilies,3-4 cashew. and Make apaste smoothly
  2. Now take a pan add oil ,add paste and cook 2 min.
  3. Now add salt ,dhaniya powder n mix n cook till oil separates on med. flame
  4. Now take a cooker add all cashews ,add salt a pinch ,haldi a pinch and get 1 whistle
  5. When cook the masala add curd and water n sugar cook it
  6. After 1 whistle open cooker and strain it now add cashew and 2 chopped kiwi in gravy mix n cook for 2 min . in covered pan .
  7. Ready to eat

My Tip:

If gravy is sour than add some sugar
