  • 500 gram milk
  • 1 tbsp curd

How to make Homemade curd

  1. RINSE A POT OR HANDI WELL. ADD MILK AND BRING IT TO BOIL ON A MEDIUM TO LOW FLAME.
  2. ALLOW THE MILK TO COOL DOWN. IF YOU ARE INTENDING TO USE A CURD CULTURE THAT HAS COME DOWN TO ROOM TEMPERATUREADD A TSP OF YOGURT TO THE MILK AND STIR WELL
  3. COVER & MOVE THE BOWL TO A WARM PLACE
  4. OPEN TO LID
  5. SERV TO BOWL
  6. ENJOY
