Eggless Pancakes

Ingredients to make Eggless Pancakes

  • all purpose flour - 1 and 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 2-3 drops
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • butter to cook

How to make Eggless Pancakes

  1. Add the flour, baking soda and sugar in a bowl. Now add in butter and vanilla essence and mix it.
  2. Gradually keep adding milk to it and whisk till the batter is even.
  3. Take a flattened pan and put it on a medium stove. Once it's hot, grease it with butter.
  4. Once the butter is melted, pour in 1 small cup of the pancake batter on it in a round form. Wait until you see tiny bubbles on its surface, once you see the bubble flip it over carefully with spatula or flat spoon.
  5. Take it off the pan when they turn slightly golden brown.
  6. Serve with maple syrup/cream/ fresh fruits/ nutella/butter.

My Tip:

You can also add fresh fruits/berries/ chocolate for flavored pancakes.
