About Dry fruit Malai Kofta . Recipe

This is a typical restaurant style, kofta gravy that can be served with naan or parathas.

Dry fruit Malai Kofta .

Ingredients to make Dry fruit Malai Kofta .

  • 200gm panir.
  • 4 boil potatoes.
  • 2 slices white bread.
  • 1/2cup chopp mixed dry fruits.
  • 4tbs cornflour
  • 2tsp maida.
  • oil for frying.
  • For gravy...
  • 4 onion.
  • 2tbs kaju paste.
  • 2 cup milk.
  • 1tsp garlic paste.
  • 4 tsp fresh cream.
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp black pepper.
  • 2 small cardomom

How to make Dry fruit Malai Kofta .

  1. For koftas...
  2. In a bowl add mash potatoes.
  3. Add crumbled panir.
  4. 2 wet bread slices without edges.
  5. Mix it.
  6. Add salt.cornflour.maida.
  7. Make smooth dough.
  8. Make a ball from dough.fill little dry fruit in it n make koftas.
  9. Fry koftas in oil n keep aside.
  10. For gravy...
  11. Boil onions n make d pury.
  12. Heat oil add small cardomom.
  13. Add onion paste.
  14. Add garlic paste.
  15. Cook till transulate.
  16. Add salt n pepper
  17. Add kaju paste.
  18. Nw add 1 cup water.boil it.
  19. Add 2 cups milk when boil off d gas.
  20. Arrange koftas in a platter
  21. Pour gravy over it.
  22. Finish with fresh cream.
  23. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  24. Serve with butter nan.

My Tip:

Put koftas in gravy when want to serve.
