boiled egg stir fried mixed with dry or fresh methi and traditional spices

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 boiled eggs
  2. methi leaves 1/2 cup
  3. cream 2 spoons
  4. 1/2 sp garlic and ginger paste each
  5. 1/2 spoon tarmaric powder
  6. 1 large tomato
  7. 1sp cumin seeds
  8. home made Garam masal
  9. salt to taste
  10. chilly powder 1 sp
  11. 2 onion grinder properly
  12. oil 4 sp

Instructions

  1. boil egg
  2. fry them
  3. heat oil pour onion garlic ginger paste and stir fry till shallow brown
  4. add tarmaric cumin seeds n fry after some time add Garam masala 1/2 spoon keep stering till it gives away oil
  5. add 1/2 cup water to it drop methi leaves into it let it boil
  6. add cream and boil it
  7. garnish with coriander leaves
