About methi and cream egg curry Recipe

boiled egg stir fried mixed with dry or fresh methi and traditional spices

methi and cream egg curry

Ingredients to make methi and cream egg curry

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • methi leaves 1/2 cup
  • cream 2 spoons
  • 1/2 sp garlic and ginger paste each
  • 1/2 spoon tarmaric powder
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1sp cumin seeds
  • home made Garam masal
  • salt to taste
  • chilly powder 1 sp
  • 2 onion grinder properly
  • oil 4 sp

How to make methi and cream egg curry

  1. boil egg
  2. fry them
  3. heat oil pour onion garlic ginger paste and stir fry till shallow brown
  4. add tarmaric cumin seeds n fry after some time add Garam masala 1/2 spoon keep stering till it gives away oil
  5. add 1/2 cup water to it drop methi leaves into it let it boil
  6. add cream and boil it
  7. garnish with coriander leaves

My Tip:

Cream should fresh methi leaves should not be too bitter
