  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • chopped dryfruit

How to make Payasam

  1. POUR 1 AND 1/2 CUPS OF MILK INTO A POT OR PAN.
  2. ADD IN 1 CUP OF SEMAIYA. STIR EVERYTHING AROUND AND LET THE SEMAIYA COOK
  3. THEN ADD CHOPPED DRYFRUIT AND SUGAR
  4. STIR THINGS UP UNTIL THE MIXTURE STARTS TO THICKEN A BIT
