About Fara manchurian Recipe

This manchurian is made with our indian fara which is traditional dish of UP and Bihar.Combo of indian and chienese makes a different taste and liked by kids.Try and enjoy it.

Fara manchurian

Ingredients to make Fara manchurian

  • Ready fara 5 piece
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Grinded garlic cloves 10 piece
  • Minced chilli 2
  • Chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 2 pinch
  • cornflour 1 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • chilli sauce 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for Deep frying
  • oil 2 tsp

How to make Fara manchurian

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying
  2. Cut the fara and fry it light golden color
  3. Now heat 2 tsp oil for manchurian gravy and add cumin seeds
  4. When cumin seeds cracks add the garlic paste ,chilli and ginger into it and stir fry it for a minute
  5. Now add salt and black pepper powder and mix well
  6. Dissolve corn flour in 1 cup water
  7. Now add the cornflour water,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce and soya sauce and simmer it for few seconds.
  8. Now add in the fried fara and mix it well.Cover and cook it for few minutes
  9. Off flame and serve manchurian with rice or anything you want
