Ingredients to make Paneer cutlets

  • paneer crumbled 1 cup
  • Mashed potatoes 1 cup
  • onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • green chillies 2 chopped
  • red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • maida 1/4 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
  • oil to fry

How to make Paneer cutlets

  1. CRUMBLED PANEER, BOILED AND MASHED POTATOES CHOPPED ONION, CHILLIES AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  2. MIX ALL WELL
  3. ADD TURMERIC POWDER CHILLY POWDER GARAM MASALA AND MIX WELL
  4. MAKE PATTIES AND DIP IN MAIDA PASTE AND THEN IN BREAD CRUMBS
  5. CUTLETS ARE READY TO FRY AFTER 10 MINUTES
  6. DEEP FRY TILL CRISPY
