Ingredients to make Samosa and one bite

  • Fried chicken- 1 small bowl
  • 1 Samosa Patti
  • 1 big sized potato, chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 inch ginger chopped
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • A pinch of red chilli power
  • 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • Few curry leaves
  • oil to deep fry
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • spring onion 1/2 bunch Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup cabbage, finely chopped
  • Grated cheese 3 tbsp

How to make Samosa and one bite

  1. In a bowl, heat oil and add the chopped the green chilli and ginger, curry leaves and chopped spring onion. Stir it well.
  2. Then add the soya sauce and all the chopped vegetables. Stir it for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Next, add the ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder. Mix it well. Then add the chopped fried chicken and grated cheese, mix it well and keep it dry.
  4. Then put the filling into the samosa and one bite and fold it as shown in the picture. Deep fry them in batches.
  5. Garnish it with leaves, tomato flower and curry leaves to serve.

My Tip:

Apply little water on the patty so that it sticks properly.
