Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fried chicken- 1 small bowl
  2. 1 Samosa Patti
  3. 1 big sized potato, chopped
  4. 1 capsicum chopped
  5. 2 carrots, chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 inch ginger chopped
  8. 4 green chillies chopped
  9. A pinch of red chilli power
  10. 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves
  11. A pinch of turmeric powder
  12. Oil 3 tbsp
  13. Few curry leaves
  14. Oil to deep fry
  15. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  16. Spring onion 1/2 bunch Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  17. 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  18. 1 tsp soya sauce
  19. 2 onions chopped
  20. 1/4 cup cabbage, finely chopped
  21. Grated cheese 3 tbsp


  1. In a bowl, heat oil and add the chopped the green chilli and ginger, curry leaves and chopped spring onion. Stir it well.
  2. Then add the soya sauce and all the chopped vegetables. Stir it for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Next, add the ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder. Mix it well. Then add the chopped fried chicken and grated cheese, mix it well and keep it dry.
  4. Then put the filling into the samosa and one bite and fold it as shown in the picture. Deep fry them in batches.
  5. Garnish it with leaves, tomato flower and curry leaves to serve.
