Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hakka noodles half pack, half boiled
  2. 2 carrot chopped
  3. 1 big Capsicum
  4. Few beans and vegetables, large size cutting
  5. Spring onions or onions chopped 2
  6. White pepper a pinch
  7. Black Pepper 1 tsp
  8. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  9. Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  10. A pinch of ginger-garlic paste
  11. Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
  12. Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  13. Olive oil or oil 3 -4 tbsp
  14. 1 green chilli chopped
  15. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  16. Ginger chopped 1 inch
  17. few curry leaves
  18. 3 fried egg pieces
  19. 1/2 lemon
  20. 1 Vegetable Maggi cube
  21. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat oil, then add the finely chopped ginger and green chillies. Next add the curry leaves, onion or spring onion and soya sauce, fry this for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add carrot, beans, capsicum and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add white pepper, black pepper and red chilli powder. A pinch of ginger-garlic paste and tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce green chilli sauce and fry it for 1 minute.
  4. Then add the half boiled noodles and mix it well. Next, add the fried eggs pieces.
  5. At the end add vinegar and lemon juice and serve it hot.
