About Dahi ke Kebab Recipe

Dahi ke kabab are kababs crisp outside, soft melt in mouth inside. This is a delicacy from Punjabi cusine, perfect for party starter.

Dahi ke Kebab

Ingredients to make Dahi ke Kebab

  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • cottage cheese 1/4 cup
  • onion 1
  • ginger paste 1 tesp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Green coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tesp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tesp
  • Corn flour to dust
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Dahi ke Kebab

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP HUNG CURD, ADD 1/4 CUP MASHED COTTAGE CHEESE
  2. ADD 2 TBSP FRIED ONIONS, 1 TSP GINGER PASTE, 1 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  3. ADD 1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, 1/2 TSP SALT, 1/4 TSP PEPPER POWDER
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP DRIED BREAD CRUMBS, MIX WELL
  5. SHAPE INTO KEBABS WITH OIL GREASED PALMS, ROLL IN CORNFLOUR
  6. GET ALL THE KEBABS READY
  7. SHALLOW FRY IN HOT OIL
  8. FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP ON BOTH SIDES
  9. DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER
