Broccoli tikki

Ingredients to make Broccoli tikki

  • 1 broccoli grated
  • 2 tbsps of corn
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp of coriander and cumin powder
  • 1 potato boiled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp rice flour,
  • 1 tbspn gram flour
  • breadcrumbs or rava
  • salt
  • oil as needed

How to make Broccoli tikki

  1. Take oil in nonstick pan as needed. Exclude the oil and mix all the ingredients and make a Tikki. make it tight by coating in rava or breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat the oil in a hot pan and fry tikki on it.
  3. Keep flame medium.
  4. When the tikki turns red on one side, turn all the tikkies back.
  5. fry tikkies nicely. remove from pan.
  6. now your testy tikkies are ready. serve it with sauce.

My Tip:

1. If your cutlet is not holding its shape while making you can add another bread slice (run in the mixer to powder) to it and mix and start making cutlets. 2. You can add few cooked and slightly mashed green peas to the mixture.
