Pamosa /Papad Paneer Samosa

Ingredients to make Pamosa /Papad Paneer Samosa

  • 4 dal papad(any variant)
  • 1/2 cup mashed paneer
  • 1/2 cup soaked boondi
  • 2 tablespoons green peas boiled
  • 1 potato boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 cup oil for frying
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons suji

How to make Pamosa /Papad Paneer Samosa

  1. Mix all the ingredients except papad and suji and make a lump free mixture for filling.
  2. Spread suji on a plate and keep aside.
  3. Divide the papad into two halves and soak them in water for 2 seconds.
  4. Take the papad out and lay on your palm, add 1 teaspoon of the filling and make cone with light pressure and give shape of a samosa and seal the sides tightly.
  5. Now cover with suji and then deep fry it on medium flame, turning occasionally and carefully
  6. Take them out on an absorbent paper so that excess oil is removed.
  7. Delicious and crispy papad paneer samose are ready.
  8. Serve hot with green mint coriander chutney or ketchup

My Tip:

Can prepare in advance and refrigerate and fry as and when required.
