In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour, semolina , salt to taste and 2 tablespoon of oil
Mix well and knead a semi soft dough using little water . Keep it covered aside for some time .
By the time, boil 4 to 5 cups of water and noodles in a pan , and boil al dante' (little raw/ kachha)
Remove excess hot water ,Run cold from noodles and apply some oil on cooked noodles to avoid blackening
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and sauté all finely chopped Veggies for some time
Add noodles , soya sauce , red chilly sauce , tomato sauce and salt to taste
Mix well and cook for some time . Let it cool completely.
Knead the dough again , take a small ball from dough . Roll out a thick puri from it
With the help of knife cut it in to two equal halves
Prepare a cone from one half , apply little water on edges , fill the ready noodles in it .. close all the edges and prepare samosa
Like wise prepare all the Samosas
Heat sufficient oil in a heavy bottom pan and deep fry all Samosas on low heat
Deep fry till golden in colour
Serve hot immediately with green chatni, tomato sauce or Schejwan sauce
