Fried Potato Cutlet

Ingredients to make Fried Potato Cutlet

  • Boiled potatoes 5-6
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required to cook
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Handful of coriander leaves, finely chopped

How to make Fried Potato Cutlet

  1. Boil the potatoes and smash them well. Keep aside.
  2. Then add the red chilli powder and turmeric powder along with coriander leaves and salt as per taste. Mix it well.
  3. Make cutlet structures and put in the oil to deep fry. Cook them for 2-3 mins on both sides.
  4. Serve them hot for best taste.
