Ingredients to make Healthy No bake nuts energy bars.

  • 11/2 cups rolled oats.
  • 1 cup packed pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbs milk powder
  • 1 cup mixed nuts.(peanuts, pistachio, almonds)

How to make Healthy No bake nuts energy bars.

  1. PROCESS 1 CUP PITTED DATES &1 CUP RAW ROASTED NUTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR.
  2. UNTILL SMALL BITES REMAIN.
  3. ROAST 11/2 CUPS ROLLED OATS ON MEDIUM HEAT.
  4. ROAST OATS UNTIL BROWN.
  5. ADD PROCESSED MIX NUTS.
  6. ADD PROCESSED DATES.
  7. ADD 2 TBS POWDERED MILK.
  8. COMBINE WELL
  9. IN A PAN WARM 1/4 CUP PEANUT BUTTER.
  10. ADD HONEY.
  11. POUR OVER OATS- DATE MIXTURE.
  12. MIX TILL WELL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS.
  13. GREASE A DISH WITH GHEE.
  14. TRANSFER THOROUGHLY MIXED OATS ON GREASED DISH.
  15. PRESS DOWN UNTIL UNIFORMLY FLATTENED & SET IN FREEZER FOR 25 MINUTES
  16. CUT IN TO DESIRED SHAPE.
  17. ENJOY.
