For dhokla :-
Dhokla flour 1 bowl
Curd 2 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tbsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Water 1 & 1/2 glass
Crushed chilli,ginger,garlic 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
For Pizza :-
Chopped cabbage 1/2 cup
Chopped onion 2
Chopped coloured capsicum 1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Sweet corn 1/2 cup
Pizza sauce 2 + 2 tbsp
Ketchap 2 tbsp
Pasta masala 1 tsp
Pizza mix hurbs 1 tbsp
Cheese 200 gram
Chopped red chilli 2
Chopped spring onions 2 tbsp
Instructions
IN A LARGE BOWL ADD 1 BOWL DHOKLA FLOUR AND 2 TBS SUGAR.
ADD 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS AND SALT TO TASTE.
ADD 2 CUP THICK CURD.
ADD 1 GLASS OF WATER.
MIX AND MAKE A THICK BATTER.
ADD 2 TBSP OIL AND MIX WELL.
NOW LID IT AND KEEP IN WARM PLACE FOR 4 TO 5 HOURS.
ADD HALF BATTER IN ANOUTHER BOWL. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND 1 TBSP CHILLI GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
ADD 1/2 GLASS OF WATER AND MIX IT.
NOW BATTER FOR DHOKLA IS READY.
TAKE A GREASED PLATE POUR 2 OR 3 BIG TABSP DHOKLA BATTER.
SPREAD IT EVENLY.
NOW KEEP IT IN HOT DHOKLA COOKER OR KADAI FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES.
IN BOWL ADD EACH CHOPPED 1/2 CUP CABBAGE, 1 CUP COLOURED CAPSICUM, 2 ONIONS, 1/2 CUP CORN FOR PIZZA
SPRINKLE 1 TBSP PIZZA MIX HURBS,
2 TBSP PIZZA SAUCE.
1 TSP PASTA MASALA.
MIX WELL.
ADD 2 TBSP KETCHUP
SPRINKLE 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
NOW DHOKLA IS READY REMOVE FORM COOKER.
REMOVE DHOKLA SHEET CAREFULLY FROM PLATE WITH THE HELP OF KNIFE.
DHOKLA SHEET IS READY.
FLIP THE SHEET AND SPREAD 2 TBSP PIZZA SAUCE.
SPREAD PIZZA MIXTURE EVENLY ON DHOKLA.
ADD GRATED CHEESE.
SPRINKLE SOME CHOPPED RED CHILLIES AND SPRING ONIONS ON TOP.
NOW BAKE IT IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES.
