    Tomato & Egg Salad

    Ingredients to make Tomato & Egg Salad

    • 2 big tomatoes (chopped)
    • 1 egg (beaten)
    • 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce (sliced)
    • ½ cucumber (chopped)
    • 1 teaspoon butter
    • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • salt to taste
    • ½ teaspoon pepper (crushed)
    • ĵ cup parsley

    How to make Tomato & Egg Salad

    1. Warm the butter in a pan. Once it is heated, instantly put in the tomatoes and sauté for a minute.
    2. Next put in the beaten egg and mix thoroughly.
    3. Put in the pepper powder and salt and sauté it for a couple of minutes.
    4. Take the pan away from the fire, mix it well with the other ingredients cucumber and mayonnaise.
    5. Get hold of a plate and spread the sliced iceberg lettuce on it.
    6. Take a spoon and fill in the tomato egg mixture on top of the sliced lettuce. Garnish this dish with parsley and serve.
