Egg Chops

Ingredients to make Egg Chops

  • eggs - 2
  • potatoes - 3
  • onion -1 (medium size)
  • coriander leaves - 1 tsp(chopped)
  • green chillies - 2(chopped)
  • salt - As required
  • gram flour - 1 cup
  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • water

How to make Egg Chops

  1. Boil 3 medium size potatoes.
  2. Let it cool and peel off.
  3. Mash potatoes and add chopped Onions, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt.
  4. Make 4 oval shape equal balls.
  5. Boil 2 eggs and peel off.
  6. Cut each egg lengthwise from middle.
  7. Flatten potato balls from your hand.
  8. Put egg piece on potato ball and cover it from potato mixture totally.
  9. Make a batter from gram flour, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and water.
  10. Dip each egg potato balls in batter and fry them till golden in colour.
  11. Enjoy hot and yummy egg chops..
