For dhokla :-
Dhokla flour 1 bowl
Curd 2 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tbsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Water 1 & 1/2 glass
Crushed chilli,ginger,garlic 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
For Pizza :-
Chopped cabbage 1/2 cup
Chopped onion 2
Chopped coloured capsicum 1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Sweet corn 1/2 cup
Pizza sauce 2 + 2 tbsp
Ketchap 2 tbsp
Pasta masala 1 tsp
Pizza mix hurbs 1 tbsp
Cheese 200 gram
Chopped red chilli 2
Chopped spring onions 2 tbsp
Instructions
TAKE 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR, ADD 2 TBSP SUGAR
ADD 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS, SALT TO TASTE
ADD 2 CUPS THICK CURD, 1 CUP WATER, WHISK
INTO A SMOOTH BATTER
ADD 2 TBSP OIL, COVER & KEEP ASIDE IN A WARM
PLACE FOR 4-5 HOURS
MIX THE BATTER INTO 2 EQUAL HALVES, ADD 1/2
TSP TURMERIC, 1 TBSP GREEN CHILLI-GINGER-
GARLIC PASTE
ADD 1/2 CUP WATER & MIX
TAKE AN OIL-GREASED PLATE, POUR & SPREAD 2-3
LADLES OF DHOKLA BATTER
KEEP IT IN A HOT KADHAI, STEAM FOR 10-15 MINS
MIX 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CABBAGE, 1 CUP TRI
COLOURED CAPSICUMS, 2 ONIONS, 1/2 CUP CORN
ADD 1 TBSP MIXED HERBS, 2 TBSP PIZZA SAUCE
ADD 1 TSP PASTA MASALA, MIX WELL
ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF TOMATO KETCHUP &
CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
THE DHOKLA IS READY NOW
CAREFULLY DE MOULD THE DHOKLA SHEET,
STEAM THE OTHER DHOKLA BASE WITH THE
OTHER HALF OF THE BATTER
SPREAD 2 TBSP PIZZA SAUCE
SPREAD THE READY VEGGIE MIX
ADD GRATED CHEESE, SOME CHOPPED RED
CHILLIES & SPRING ONIONS ON TOP
BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 10 MINS, SLICE &
