  1. பால் 1கப்
  2. டூட்டி ப்ருட்டி 1ஸ்பூன்
  3. மைதா 3/4கப்
  4. சர்க்கரை 1/2கப்
  5. வெண்ணிலா எசென்ஸ் 1ஸ்பூன்
  6. பேக்கிங் பவுடர் 1ஸ்பூன்
  7. பேக்கிங் சோடா 1/2ஸ்பூன்
  8. வெண்ணெய் 1/4கப்

Instructions

  1. பால், வெண்ணெய், சர்க்கரை இவற்றை நன்கு அடித்து கொள்ளவும்
  2. அதனுடன் மைதா, பேக்கிங் பவுடர், பேக்கிங் சோடா சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கி கொள்ளவும்
  3. அதை கேக் தட்டில் ஊற்றி ஓவனில் 15நிமிடம் வைத்து பேக் செய்யவும்
