Baked Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients to make Baked Cabbage Rolls

  • Big cabbage leaves 6 to 8
  • Boiled mashed potatoes 1 cup
  • Grated cheese 2 tablespoon optional
  • Boiled green peas 1 tablespoon
  • Fienly chopped onion 1 tablespoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder , red chilly powder and garam masala as per taste
  • salt to taste
  • tomato sauce or Schejwan sauce for serving

How to make Baked Cabbage Rolls

  1. Heat 4 to 5 cups of water
  2. Wash cabbage leaves properly
  3. Dip cabbage leaves in hot water for some time and then remove
  4. In a mixing bowl take boiled mashed potatoes, cheese, all the spices , salt and green peas .. mic well and prepare stuffing
  5. Take blanched cabbage leaf and out sufficient ready stuffing on it
  6. Fold it and roll it in to a envelope by closing all the ends in side
  7. Like this prepare all the cabbage rolls , seal them with the help of toothpick and place them in a oven proof dish
  8. By the time Preheat oven on 180 degrees
  9. Add some water to dish and cover rolls with some more cabbage leaves ... Bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 180 degrees
  10. Ready after baking
  11. Garnish as you like and enjoy endlessly
