About Potato Peanut Balls Recipe

This can be made in a jiffy if you are ready with boiled potatoes. We can boil potatoes and refrigerate and use it during tea time to make this simple yet delicious snack.

Potato Peanut Balls

Ingredients to make Potato Peanut Balls

  • Boiled and peeled potatoes-4
  • Roasted peanuts -1 /2 cup
  • Green chilli-3
  • salt
  • Rice flour -3 tablespoon
  • Corn flour 2tablespoon
  • Asefotida - 1/2 teaspoon
  • curry leaves and coriander leaves- handful
  • oil for frying

How to make Potato Peanut Balls

  1. In a mixie add roasted peanuts and green chilli and grind into coarse powder without water
  2. In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil and mix well to form dough . No need to add water
  3. Make them into small balls.
  4. Heat oil in kadai add few balls in a batch and deep fry till it is golden brown in medium flame.

My Tip:

Serve with tomato ketchup.
