Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bunch of Lamb's Quarters (bathua)
  2. 1 cup of Curd
  3. 1/4 cup of water
  4. 1 teaspoon of oil (optional)
  5. 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  7. 1/4 teaspoon of dried mint leaves
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the lamb's quarters bunch very well. Grind it into a paste. Whip the curd until it becomes uniform. Add water and mix well.
  2. Now add 1 and 1/2 tbsp lamb's quarters paste. Again mix it well and add salt.
  3. Heat the oil in a small pan, add the cumin seeds and chili powder. Temper the yoghurt mixture with it. Here you can dry roast the spices instead of using the oil.
  4. Garnish with dried mint leaves. Serve it cold and enjoy.
