Ingredients Serving: 3
Banana flower cleaned chopped 1 cup
Chenna dal 3/4 tsp
Urad dal 2 tsp
Raw rice 2 tsp
Green or red chilli 4 to 5
Fennal seed 1 & 1/2 tsp
Onion chopped 1/4 cup
Asafodia 1/8 tsp
Corriander leaf, curry leaf, salt as per need
Oil for frying
Instructions
Soak dals,rice together for 3 hours.In blender, grind chilli, jeera/fennel first and then add the dal,completely drained from water and grind coarsely. (you can do it in two batches
Then add flower and grind corsely
Tranfer into bowl add green Leafs, chilli mix well
Make it small patties, and heat oil and fry it
Ready to taste banana flower vada
