ABOUT Muhammara (a delicious spread) RECIPE

It goes well along with hummus.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Roasted red bell pepper 1
  2. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  3. Walnut 1/2 cup
  4. Garlic 4 Cloves
  5. Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Olive oil 1/2 cup
  7. Pomegranate molasses 1 tbsp
  8. Red paprika powder, roasted seasame seeds, Sumac powder ,coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Put it all in the blender except for the garnishing ingredients and blend well.
  2. Then mix in the olive oil.
  3. Garnish and serve with tortilla chips, pita or plain bread.
