About Cheese Pav Bhaji Recipe

Cheese makes everything even more delicious, so here is a snack with a cheesy twist on it. Yummy pav bhaji with loads of cheese.

Cheese Pav Bhaji

Ingredients to make Cheese Pav Bhaji

  • FOR BHAJI
  • onion 3 chopped finely( use a chopper)
  • tomatoes 3 chopped( use chopper)
  • capsicum 2 finely chopped
  • Boiled vegges 2 cups(cauliflower, potatoes, carrots- any veg of ur choice)
  • Reserve the water after boiling the vegges
  • salt to taste
  • haldi pwdr 1 tbsp
  • Red chillie pwdr 1 tbsp
  • dhania zeera pwdr 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala pwd 1 tsp
  • Other ingridents
  • Cheese 1 cup(use mozerrala)
  • butter
  • Fresh dhania for garnish
  • lemon juice
  • Chopped onions

How to make Cheese Pav Bhaji

  1. IN A KADAI ADD OIL AND ADD 2 FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
  2. SAUTE
  3. ADD 10 TO 12 FRESH GARLIC CRUSHED
  4. ADD 1 TBSP HALDI PWDR
  5. ADD 1 TBSP RED CHILLIE PWDR
  6. ADD 2TBSP DHANIA ZEERA PWDR
  7. ADD SALT ACC TO TASTE
  8. ADD 1 TBSP GARAM MASALA PWDR
  9. MIX
  10. FRY THE MASALA FOR SOMETIME
  11. ADD 4 VERY FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES(YOU CAN GRATE THEM OR USE A CHOPPER)
  12. ONCE THE OIL SEPARATES ADD 2 TO 3 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  13. ADD 2 CUPS BOILED VEGETABLES(I HAVE USED HALF CAULIFLOWER,4 POTATOES,3 CARROTS)
  14. MASH THE BOILED VEGGIES
  15. NOW ADD 2 FINELY CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  16. ADD THE VEGETABLE STOCK(WATER LEFT AFTER BOILING THE VEGGES)
  17. BHABJI IS READY.ADD 1/3 CUP CHOPPED FRESH DHANIA
  18. ADD 2 TBSP BUTTER
  19. TAKE A PAV AND OPEN FROM MIDDLE
  20. APPLY 2 TBSP BHAJI
  21. ADD 2 TSP GRATED CHEESE
  22. TAKE A PAN AND ADD 2 TBSP BUTTET
  23. PLACE THE PAVS ON THE PAN
  24. PUT THE TOP OF THE PAVS TOO AND COVER AND LET THE CHEESE MELT ON SLOW FLAME
