Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300g - green chana 1ts - dhaniya jeera powder
  2. 1/2ts - garam masala 1/2ts - aamchur powder salt to taste
  3. fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch palak...
  4. 1cup breadcrumbs..
  5. oil for shallow fry..


  1. Soak green chana overnight...After soaking strain the water...
  2. grind the chana & spinach in grinder
  3. Add ginger chiily paste bread crumbs, aamchur powder,chaat masala, garam masala,salt ... Mix well...
