About Cheese Chilli Tart Recipe

This is a recipe of a delicious snack, made with veggies, cheese served in small tarts. A perfect snack for all times.

Cheese Chilli Tart

Ingredients to make Cheese Chilli Tart

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp maida
  • 1 +1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup beans [chopped]
  • cabbage [shredded] - 3 tbsp
  • carrot [grated] - 2 tbsp
  • sweet corns - 2 tbsp
  • green chillies [chopped] - 2
  • schezwan sauce - 3 tbsp
  • salt
  • Grated cheese - 1/4 th tsp

How to make Cheese Chilli Tart

  1. Heat a pan with some ghee, add the flour and saute until golden brown in color.
  2. Then add the milk gradually and stir it well so that there are no lumps formed. Then add green chillies, schezwan sauce and mix well.
  3. Heat another pan and saute vegetables. Add salt and mix.
  4. Then mix the cooked veggies into the above sauce cooked.
  5. The stuffing us ready. Now put the stuffing in the store bought tarts. sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Your cheese chilli tart is ready to be served.
