This is a very tasty and easy snack to make, for any occasion, be it regular tea or festivities.

Methi shakarpare

Ingredients to make Methi shakarpare

  • fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
  • wheat flour 2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • red chilly powder 1
  • coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • oil as required

How to make Methi shakarpare

  1. Take a fenugreek leaves wash it and cut it.
  2. Then take a bowl.Add wheat flour, fenugreek leaves ,salt,turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilly powder and oil .
  3. Mix well. Add water and make a dough.
  4. Rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Then make a round Roti.
  6. Cut it square shape.
  7. Fry it

My Tip:

Serve with curd
