About Moist Chocolate cake Recipe

This is eggless moist chocolate cake. Tastes very yum. Special dedication to all chocotale lovers of better butter.

Moist Chocolate cake

Ingredients to make Moist Chocolate cake

  • maida 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup less 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • oil 1/4 cup
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Hot coffee decotion 1/8 cup
  • Cocoa powder 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Hot water 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1tsp

How to make Moist Chocolate cake

  1. Take dry ingredients maida sugar baking powder baking soda and cocoa powder in a dry mixing bowl. Mix all together with a fork.
  2. Take 1/2 tsp of instant coffee powder and mix with hot water to make 1/8 cup of coffee decotion.
  3. Take all wet ingredienta together milk curd oil coffee amd vanilla essence mix well with a whisk.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Finally add hot boiling water to the cake mix and fold in the batter.
  5. preheated oven @180 deg. Pour the cake batter in greased pan and bake 30 mins.

My Tip:

Adding hot water at the end softens the cake and helps to get pouring consistency. Tap the cake tin once the batter is filled just to remove the air bubbles.
