Ingredients to make Healthy No Bake Energy Bars

  • 11/2 cups rolled oats.
  • 1 cup packed pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbs milk powder
  • 1 cup mixed nuts.(peanuts, pistachio, almonds)

How to make Healthy No Bake Energy Bars

  1. BLEND 1 CUP DE SEEDED DATES & 1 CUP ROASTED MIXED NUTS IN A GRINDER
  2. COARSELY GRIND LIKE THIS
  3. TAKE 1.5 CUPS DRY ROASTED ROLLED OATS, ADD THE GROUND NUTS & DATES
  4. ADD 2 TBSP MILK POWDER
  5. MIX WELL
  6. MELT 1/4 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
  7. ADD 1 TSP HONEY
  8. ADD THE OATS-NUTS-DATES MIX
  9. MIX WELL, TAKE OFF HEAT
  10. TRANSFER TO A GREASED DISH
  11. PRESS DOWN & FLATTEN, SET IN THE FREEZER FOR 25 MINS
  12. CUT INTO DESIRED SHAPES
  13. TRY THEM, THEY ARE YUM!
