About Schezwan Poha Recipe

This is an interesting combination of chinese schezwan flavour with poha.

Schezwan Poha

Ingredients to make Schezwan Poha

  • Poha 3 cups
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • garlic 6 cloves
  • spring onions 4
  • ginger chilli paste 1 tsp
  • French beans 2 tbsp
  • carrots 2 tbsp
  • capsicum 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp

How to make Schezwan Poha

  1. Wash thick poha and remove impurities.Drain all water.
  2. Prepare all vegetables.
  3. Take oil in a pan and add chopped garlic.
  4. Add ginger chilli paste.
  5. Add chopped beans and carrots first and saute on medium high.
  6. Then add spring onions and capsicum.
  7. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes and then add schezwan sauce/chutney.
  8. Mix and saute for a minute.
  9. Now add the rinsed poha and salt.Mix well and saute for a minute.
  10. Put some spring onion greens and serve hot.
