Ingredients to make Ande ki mithai

  • egg white 7
  • sugar 325 g
  • Sweetless kova 350 g
  • saffron 2 pinch
  • badam paste for 25 g
  • ghee 100 g

How to make Ande ki mithai

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. SEPERATE THE YOLK AND EGG WHITE
  3. PASTE THE BADAM
  4. ADD THE EGG WHITE INTO THE SUGAR. AND BLEND WELL NOTE: USE HANDS UNTIL THE SUGAR IS SOLUBLE
  5. ADD THE KOVA
  6. ADD THE GHEE (HALF)
  7. ADD SAFFRON
  8. PUT THE MIXTURE INTO THE PAN FOR 15 MIN COOK WELL
  9. IN CAKE MOULD, APPLY THE GHEE
  10. CONSISTENCY :arrow_down:
  11. POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE CAKE MOULD
  12. PRE HEAT THE OVEN FOR 3 MIN IN 170°C.
  13. 170°- 10 MIN.140°- 8 MIN.BAKE
  14. ANDE KI MITHAI IS READY TO SERVE.
