This is an Indian snack with an italian twist to it, a perfect snack for the evening.

Ingredients to make Cheese pav Bhaji Bites

  • FOR BHAJI
  • onion 3 chopped finely( use a chopper)
  • tomatoes 3 chopped( use chopper)
  • capsicum 2 finely chopped
  • Boiled vegges 2 cups(cauliflower, potatoes, carrots- any veg of ur choice)
  • Reserve the water after boiling the vegges
  • salt to taste
  • haldi pwdr 1 tbsp
  • Red chillie pwdr 1 tbsp
  • dhania zeera pwdr 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala pwd 1 tsp
  • Other ingridents
  • PAV 6 to 8 , cut into 8 pcs
  • Cheese 1 cup(use mozerrala)
  • butter
  • Fresh dhania for garnish
  • lemon juice
  • Chopped onions

How to make Cheese pav Bhaji Bites

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 2 CHOPPED ONIONS, FRY TILL TRANSLUCENT
  2. ADD 10-12 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES
  3. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF TURMERIC & RED CHILLI POWDERS
  4. ADD 2 TBSP CORIANDER-CUMIN POWDER, SALT, 1 TBSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, MIX & FRY FOR 2-3 MINS
  5. ADD 4 CHOPPED TOMATOES, FRY TILL THE OIL SEPERATES FROM THE MASALA
  6. ADD 2-3 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  7. ADD 2 CUPS BOILED VEGETABLES
  8. MASH LIGHTLY
  9. ADD 2 CHOPPED CAPSICUMS, SAUTE
  10. ADD 2 CUPS VEGETABLE STOCK / WATER, SIMMER FOR 3-4 MINS
  11. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER
  12. ADD 2 TBSP BUTTER, STIR & TAKE OF HEAT
  13. CUT PAV INTO 4 PIECES, SPREAD 1 TBSP BHAJI
  14. ADD 1 TSP SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP
  15. MELT 2 TBSP BUTTER IN A NON STICK PAN, PLACE THE PAV, COVER & COOK FOR 3-4 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  16. THE CHEESY PAV BHAJI BITES ARE READY
