This is a very healthy and delicious snack option for everyday, made with green moong sprouts.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole green gram 1 cup
  2. Salt a pinch
  3. Pepper a pinch

Instructions

  1. Soak green gram overnight in plain water
  2. Skin of 2-3 gram will be split by itself
  3. Drain all the water and leave it closed for 1 day
  4. Toss it once or twice gently
  5. The next day long sprouts will appear
