About Jalebi Recipe

Its a quick recipe of making jalebis at home.

Jalebi

Ingredients to make Jalebi

  • maida - 1/2cup
  • dahi - 1/4cup
  • sugar - 1cup
  • water - 1cup
  • kesar colour - 1/2tablespoon
  • Soda - 1/2tablespoon
  • oil - for deep frying

How to make Jalebi

  1. In a bowl add maida and dahi mix it well add kesar to it.
  2. Laslty add soda and mix it well.
  3. Make sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar togather.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Take a maslin cloth put some botter in it and start making jalebies deep fry it.
  6. Than put the fried jalebies in sugar syrup and ready to serve.
