ABOUT Whole Wheat Banana Loaf RECIPE

This is a delicious and very healthy recipe of a banana load made with wheat flour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ripe Mash Banana - 1 cup
  2. Milk - 1/4cup
  3. Wheat flor - 1& 3/4cup
  4. Nuts - 1/2cup chopped
  5. Oil - 1/2cup
  6. Vanilla essence - 1tablespoon
  7. Salt - 1/2tablespoon
  8. Eggs - 2
  9. Cinamon powder - 1/2tablespoon
  10. Baking powder - 1tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add oil and honey togather beat it well.
  2. Than add eggs and the mash bananas
  3. Than add all the remaining ingredients.
  4. Use the cut and fold method to mix it.
  5. Grease a tray pour the batter bake it for about 50mins.
