Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer -200g
  2. Boiled potatoes -2
  3. Arrarot or cornflour -2table spoon
  4. oil for deep frying
  5. Green chutney
  6. Imli chutney
  7. Green chillies
  8. Salt/ black salt
  9. Curd
  10. Bhuna jeera
  11. Red chilly powder and chat masala

Instructions

  1. Paneer vada method- In a bowl add paneer grated potatoes, ararot salt Ginger green chilly and mix it well.
  2. Now take small quantity of mixture in you hand and make a small ball Then flatten a little in oval shape.
  3. Deep fry the vadas in hot oil drain out the vadas on paper towel to remove excess oil.
  4. Take 3 to 4 vadas in plate and pour curd sprinkle black salt, red chilly powder all over the vadas. Now add sweet imli chutney and green chutney and pour some curd and sprinkle red chilly powder and chat masala.
