Ingredients to make Schezwan Cheese Dosa

  • Dosa batter
  • Processed cheese - grated
  • butter - 2 - 3 tsp (for each dosa)
  • onion- few
  • tomato- chopped few
  • Gren chilli chopped few
  • coriander leaves few
  • Schezwan chutney - 2 tsp

How to make Schezwan Cheese Dosa

  1. POUR & SPREAD SOME READY DOSA BATTER ON A HOT TAVA
  2. ADD 2 TBSP BUTTER, SPREAD IT OUT
  3. SPRINKLE SOME CHOPPED ONIONS, TOMATOES, GREEN CHILLIES & FRESH CORIANDER
  4. ADD 2 TSP SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY
  5. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE
  6. SPREAD IT EVENLY ON THE DOSA
  7. SPRINKLE 1 TSP EACH OF GRATED CHEESE & BUTTER, TAKE OFF HEAT & SERVE
