SUZI BEET IDLI

Ingredients to make SUZI BEET IDLI

  • 1 bowl rawa,
  • 1/2 bowl curd,
  • 1/2 bowl beetroot puree,
  • salt
  • #peanut_CHUTNEY
  • 1 bowl roasted peanut's,
  • 1 fresh coconut chopped,
  • 2 green chilies choped,
  • salt,
  • 1 tsp raie,
  • 1 lemon's juice,
  • oil,
  • Few curry leaves

How to make SUZI BEET IDLI

  1. Mix rawa, curd n cover n keep aside 20 min,
  2. Make puree of beet
  3. Mix it in mixer add salt
  4. Grease idle mould, put ladle ful of batter n steam fr 5/6 min n done
  5. #PEANUT_CHUTNEY Grind all the ingredients in mixer nicely n remove in mixing bowl,
  6. In pan put oil add curry leaves, n raie when it crackles add to chutney
