  • bottle gourd cubes 1/2 cup
  • coconut 3 table spoon
  • green chilly 1 number
  • jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  • garlic 1 number
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Bottle gourd pachadi

  1. CUT BOTTLE GOURD AND COOK TILL SOFT
  2. ADD SALT AND COOK
  3. ADD COCONUT GREEN CHILLY GINGER GARLIC
  4. ADD JEERA AND TURMERIC POWDER AND GRIND INTO A SMOOTH PASTE
  5. ADD IT IN THE COOKED VEGETABLE
  6. ADD THE MIXTURE TO THE CURD
  7. IN A PAN ADD OIL MUSTARD SEED URUD DAL AND JEERA
  8. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  9. ADD THIS MIXTURE TO THE PACHADI
