Ingredients to make live dhokla

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup sour curd
  • 1 cup dry corn

How to make live dhokla

  1. 1 CUP DRY CORN, 1 CUP RICE, 1 CUP CHANA DAL
  2. TO MAKE KHATTA DHOKLA FLOUR, COMBINE 1 CUP OF RICE AND 1 CUP OF CHANA DAL AND 1 CUP OF CORN GRIND IT TO MAKE
  3. GRINDE CORSALY
  4. POUR THE FLOOR IN A DEEP BOWL OR PAN.
  5. I AM USE TO HALF FLOOR
  6. ADD 1 CUP OF SOUR CURD
  7. ADD 1 CUP OF SOUR BUTTERMILK
  8. MIX IT WELL
  9. STIR WELL AND KEEP THE BATTER IN A WARM PLACE TO FERMENT OVERNIGHT OR FOR 7-8 HOURS.
  10. THE BATTER SHOULD BE LIKE IDLI BATTER
  11. ADD 1TSP GINGER CHILLI PEST
  12. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL
  13. ADD 1TSP OIL
  14. GREASE THE DHOKLA THALI
  15. POUR IT BETTER
  16. SPRINKLE RED CHILLI POWDER
  17. ADD SOME WATER TO THE STEAMER COOKER AND HEAT IT FOR 6-8 MINS.
  18. COVER AND COOK FOR 20 MINUTES
  19. CUT THE PISES
  20. SERV WITH GARLIC CHATNY, GREEN CHATNY AND OIL
