Garlic Chutney for Vada Pav

Ingredients to make Garlic Chutney for Vada Pav

  • 2 tbsp red chilli pwd
  • 4 tbsp dessicated coconut pwd
  • 9-10 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp raita boondi
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

How to make Garlic Chutney for Vada Pav

  1. Method: Grind all the ingredients except the oil in a blender to a coarse texture. Now, heat oil and sauté the ground mixture for 3-4 mins. That’s it. The chutney is ready.

My Tip:

Grind it little coarsely. It tastes better that way!
