Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Refined flour 1/2 kilograms
  2. semolina 200 grams
  3. salt 2 teaspoon
  4. cloves 1 tablespoons
  5. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Roasted cumin seeds powder 1 teaspoon
  7. ghee for making the dough 200 ml
  8. oil for deep frying


  1. Take semolina, refined flour adding oil,salt , pepper powder ,kasoori methi and roasted cumin seeds powder in a big plate
  2. Make a tight dough
  3. Make small balls
  4. Roll it to make like chapati
  5. Fold it half
  6. Again fold once
  7. Seal it with a clove in the center
  8. Make all like this
  9. Deep fry till light golden
  10. Serve anytime
