ABOUT Barbeque Shawarma RECIPE

This is a very yummy dish that can be served for snacks or for breakfast as well, a barbecued roll filled with chicken.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pita bread - 2
  2. chicken cubes - 100 gram
  3. Beet root - 1/2chopped
  4. cabbage - 1/2cup chopped
  5. oil - 2tablespoon + 3tablespoon
  6. salt - As required
  7. yogurt - 2tablepsoon
  8. Ginger/garlic paste - 2tablespoon
  9. Tandoori masala - 2tablespoon
  10. Mayonise - 1/2cup


  1. In a bowl add chicken,salt,g/g and tandoori masala and yogurt mix it well.
  2. In a pan add 3 tablespoon oil than add the marinated chicken cook it until done.
  3. Than just roast the chiken on gas.
  4. In a pan add oil and the veggies than put mayonies add the chiken.
  5. Take a pita bread put the mixture in it role it and enjoy.
