About Khau suey Recipe

Its a very easy recipe of a delicious veggies loaded soup which serves as a perfect snack option in the evening.

Khau suey

Ingredients to make Khau suey

  • Chiken cube- 100grams
  • ginger/garlic - 2tablespoon
  • salt - As required
  • Gram flor - 4tablespoon
  • water - 3/4tablespoon
  • Boil Noodles - 1/3cup
  • egg - 1boil
  • peanuts - 1tablespoon
  • onion - 1chopped
  • oil - 2tablespoon
  • Spring onion - 1/4cup
  • lemon - 1/2

How to make Khau suey

  1. In a pan add oil than add the g/paste saute it well.
  2. Add onion saute it for 2-3mins than add chiken.
  3. Put spring onion over it.
  4. Squeeze some lemon.
  5. Add cumin and corrainder powder and salt.
  6. Lastly add gram flor and water cook untill the gravy is thicken.
  7. Finely add peanuts and boiled noodles and boiled eggs.
