Add warm water, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Mix well and keep in a warm place for 10 to 15mins till it becomes forthy
In a bowl add flour,mixed herbs, garlic, chilling flakes and salt. Mix and make a well in a center and add the yeast mixture. Knead 4th o a soft pliable dough by adding the butter
Transfer the dough to Abigail bowl, cover and keep aside in a warm place for about an hour.
The dough will rise and double in volume. Knead for another 2 to 3mins adding little flour if it's to sticky.
Roll the dough and place it in a rectangle time for second d rise.
Now cover the tin and keep aside for half an hour till they rise. brush with butter. Now add the remaining seasings, crushed garlic and chilli flakes on top.
Preheat the oven for 200c and bake for 15 to 20 mins or till it achieves browning on top.
Remove immediately from pan and allow to cool on a wire rack.
Now apply butter on top of the bread to get a glossy and soft crust.
